Food Handler Course Overview
This course delivers food safety training by providing you with a better understanding of food safety programs. The principles of the FSANZ Code and food safety systems such as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (or HACCP) and Covid19 legislative requirements.
Upon satisfactory completion of this course, you will receive a “Statement of Completion” for “Food Handling”. This meets the basic training requirements for food handlers by Food Standards Australia & New Zealand, and the requirements to be able to work in Western Australia.
